TRADING LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “wheelandparts.com”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WHEEL
PARTS NEW AUTO SPARE PARTS TRADING LLC.
Cancelation Policy
An order can be cancelled any time before receiving confirmation. However, when the confirming e-mail is
received, the order will be processed for delivery, and hence cannot be cancelled. Nevertheless, we will
do our best to understand order cancellation; otherwise, the product can be returned in accordance with
the return policy stated down below.
Return Policy
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a
condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from
their description on the product detail page on wheelandparts.com.
All returns require prior approval; please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your approval
prior to shipping the item(s).
Products sold by wheelandparts.com are returnable in the event that they have not been fixed,
disassembled, adjusted or damaged within 7 business days of delivery of the order. However, the returned
items should be unused and in their original packing, including all elements and components contained in
the original packing.
PS: Electrical or Hazardous material like Air Bag/ECU etc., parts are unreturnable if connected or used
for whatever reason.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as
incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
The products can be returned in following situation depending on policy conditions:
If the parts received by the customer has manufacturing fault, wheelandparts.com will replace it without
any additional cost.
All returns against the manufacturer’s warranty will be approved after the confirmation from the
manufacturer or the authorised authority of manufacturer. In such cases the customer have to bear the
complete shipping cost.
In case of any defect occurred to the product during the shipping will replace without any additional
cost.
If the customer opts for refund and does not want a replacement and credit, then wheelandparts.com will
deduct the shipping charges, plus a 30% of cost of the product against the cancellation and handling
charges (excluding bank charges).
Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by
international customers are eligible for refunds only if the product has not been shipped and customers
will have to contact customer service within 2 business days from the date of order to claim refunds,
then wheelandparts.com will deduct the 20% of cost of the product against the cancellation and handling
charges (excluding bank charges).
Requirements for Returns:
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may request to return auto parts.
Return will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user
manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Are in their original packaging
Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified
that your return meets the above guidelines, a return specialist will contact you to verify and
facilitate further.
Refund Policy
If the customer opts for refund and does not want a replacement and credit, then Wheelandparts.com will

Orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds only if the product has not been shipped

If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a
refund would be issued to you without any additional cost.
If the customer has not received the product which he/she ordered and payment completed within the time frame mentioned in the shipping information, customer need to contact to the customer care at sales@wheelandparts.com. Our team will track and share the information regarding the delayed delivery of the product, and will update the delivery time. And in case of any loss of the product during shipping, the cost of the product will be refunded without any additional cost.
As per the policy conditions, if you are eligible for the refund, it will be initiated within 7 business days after the verification.
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Wheelandparts.com reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
